Pinewood Derby Cub Scout fun, for more photos check out my Outside Inn blog post. Ben and Dan's car won the prize for "Most Unique" and Ben was very excited that his car won 3 of its heats for speed (although we don't know how fast it was out of all 60 cars). Ben's idea was to build a Hersey chocolate bar, the boys build it to scale, including a mould made out of silicone and then filled with acrylic to cast the blocks. Dan took out a bite out of the wood car with a drill press and then wrapped the whole car in an actual wrapper.
