Today at Wanaka Primary School was a cross country event, Ben's first running event. It was a real treat to see all the little 5 year old boys lined up in a long row and get super excited. Ben was an eager participant, even if he ended up finishing last. He didn't seem phased by it at all, proof that he's related to me and really out to do his own thing at his own pace.
